Oh Breath of God, Breathe on Me! - New Playlist.

After quite a long time I'm able to listen to some good music. So, after some time of absence, I'd like to share some of the music tracks I really enjoyed recently. They are mainly ambient, noise, and very few electro-acoustic. In the list, you can find some of the best records I listened to in 2016, such as Drone, Saaad, whose last record was with a church organ and created beautiful sound landscapes. Other great artists included in the list are Sarah Davachi, Alessandro Cortini, Norman Westberg, and Jasper TX.

The title of the playlist came to my mind when I saw this phrase in a poster that shows a wooden door somewhere in the United States that was painted with this phrase. Although it might seem very religious, I always thought that ambient music is related to a sense of spirituality, inner-self and self-awareness. It is like a very highly emotional moment that is hard to explain, and like you feel the whole environment around you and within you.

Eli Keszler

One of my favourite artists in 2016 is Eli Keszler and the first album that I heard was the "Last Signs of Speed" by Empty Editions, and after that, I was able to enjoy a fantastic collaboration with the great and very prolific Oren Ambarchi in the album "Alps".
Eli Keszler is not a new artist. His first release (according to Discogs) was in 2006, but except for listening to a few random tracks in compilations, I had never listened to a full album by Eli Keszler.
Recently I saw a video with Eli Keszler and his installation of a piano wire in the Manhattan Bridge in Brooklyn. This is the extended version of the video by NPR that also shows a performance with the 'So Percussion'. The description of the video it is mentioned that these artists had never met before, and I think that the outcome is amazing.Hope you enjoy!
